01 — The collection
The Floor.
Opening 2027. About ten cars at a time — each one inspected, photographed to the bolt, and filed with a folder that tells the truth.
What we’ll carry
Five shelves, one standard.
The mix will rotate, but the standard won’t: original or sympathetically kept, fully documented, and legal to register in all fifty states. If a car can’t pass our inspection, it won’t reach the floor.

The folder
Every car has a folder.
You’ll see it before any sales conversation starts. Ask for it, and it’s yours to keep — whether you buy the car or not.
- An independent pre-purchase inspection report
- Paint-thickness readings, panel by panel
- Undercarriage and engine-bay photography
- Service history, receipts, and ownership records
- A written note on every known fault — no surprises
- For imports: verified build date and 25-year eligibility paperwork
Sourcing
Hunting for something specific?
Tell us the car, the spec, and the condition you’ll accept. We’ll keep it on our list as we build the opening inventory — and let you know if the right one surfaces.
No deposit, no obligation. We’ll only ever contact you about the car you asked for.
The list
Be first through the door.
The Floor opens in Phoenix in 2027. The list hears about the first cars, the opening date, and the occasional drive worth taking — before anyone else. A few emails a year, never more.
